Delivering Your Portrait

To We offer collection/pick up for those who are local to us.  For out of town we offer national and international shipping solutions.

We offer collection as well as shipping.

We will send you a preview within 5 working days of receiving your order (might be a little longer on busy times).

As soon as you approve it, we will send it to print. 

Our shipping/Delivery costs are based on weight and size so the service we use may reflect the final delivery time of your artwork.

We also offer collection for anybody wishing to collect their artwork form our gallery and studio.

Delivery Details

Delivery estimates from the day you approve your artwork:

• UK 2-5 working days
  
• Europe 4-8 working days
  
• USA 4-8 working days
  
• Canada 4-8 working days
  
• Rest of the World 5-15 working days

Returns Policy.

At Dorami we take pride in hand crafting bespoke and personalised pieces of artwork.

Which is why, unfortunately we are unable accept accept returns.

Each piece is specially created just for you! Prior to finalizing your order, we will provide a preview for your approval, giving you the opportunity to request a tweak or an adjustment and decide if you are satisfied and wish us to proceed to print. After you have proceeded to the print stage, we are unabel to offer any refunds or changes to the order.

Should you encounter any issues with your order during shipping or on reciept, please don’t hesitate to contact us! We will replace any incorrect items, sizes, or damaged products—just reach out within 48 hours.

Please note: Returns on sale items or gift cards are not permitted.
